*PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE AUCTION FIRST PRIOR TO BIDDING*4 NEW YORK JETS SEASON TICKETS OWNERSHIP RIGHTSLOWER LEVEL SEATS AT THE 10 YARD LINE SECTION 114 ROW IS SOMEWHERE BETWEEN 35-40 ALL FOUR SEATS ARE TOGETHER AT GIANTS STADIUM IN EAST RUTHERFORD, NEW JERSEY The winning bidder will receive 4 NY Jets Season Tickets Rights together to sit in 4 seats in the Lower Level at the 10 Yard Line for the 2009 NFL season and beyond, as their current waiting list is over 10,000 people long. The seat ownership transfer will take place in January of 2009.Once the seating transfer takes place, the winning bidder will be in contact with the NY Jets to finalize where the new seats will be located in the new stadium prior to the opening in 2010. These 4 Season Tickets Ownership Rights for the New York Jets beginning in January of 2009 during the Jets' last season at Giants Stadium are located in LOWER LEVELSECTION 114 ROW IS BETWEEN 35-40ALL FOUR SEATS ARE TOGETHER Jets - Section 114 Seating Chart / Photo Provided by SeatData Terms and Conditions: There are no refunds or 2008 playoff tickets involved in this auction. If you have negative or zero feedback then you are not allowed to bid in this auction. The accepted method of payment is paypal only with a confirmed shipping address. Payment is due within 3 HOURS of the end of the auction and must be made through paypal only or the ticket rights will be relisted and negative feedback will be given immediately thereafter.**This transfer of ownership will take place at the end of the season in January of 2009 at which the point the winning bidder will be invoiced directly from the NY Jets for next year's season tickets (only $800 per season ticket or $3200 for all 4 for the season), and the winning bidder will also be responsible for any transfer fees, as well as any PSL's costs to the Jets prior to their move into the new stadium in 2010 if the winning bidder decides to stay in the lower level for the new stadium when it opens in 2010.** A legal contract between the buyer and the seller will be drafted up and signed after the auction has ended and been paid. Shipping will be $15 for Fed-ex 2 day shipping or $25 for Fed-ex Standard Overnight shipping for the transfer documentation. In addition, due to the neglect of buyers leaving feedback after transactions have been completed, we have implemented a new policy whereby positive feedback must be left for the seller before it can be left for the buyer. The buyer is responsible for providing a correct shipping email address and we will not be responsible for a refund if an incorrect address is provided.
